ATHS will host another exciting season of River stories. River Ramblings: a Lunch-time Series invites the public to hear and share colorful stories and tales of life in the Thousand Islands. Now in its fifth season, River Ramblings is a forum to reflect upon and enjoy the adventures of River life. The experience concludes with a lunch of comfort food and casual conversation.

River Ramblings takes place at the Cornwall Brothers Store Museum, 36 Market Street, Alexandria Bay. The series will begin September 6, and continue through September 27th., Wednesdays at noon. The ATHS hopes to create lasting personal connections through story telling, and to engage people in the social and cultural history of our region.

“Our River Ramblings series has been very well received: fun conversations about various parts of River history shared among all, and we will continue and expand them this year.” — John McCullough
